Loved the Starbucks onsite

excellent stay buoyed by cheerful staff and reliable wifi

This is my favorite hotel for its cleanliness and comfortable rooms.

Spacious guest rooms come equipped with a microwave, small fridge, and coffee maker, which are handy for late-night snacks or early coffees. Free underground parking is available, providing security for your vehicle while you relax nearby.

One significant downside is the limited cleaning schedule, with rooms serviced only twice a week, making it feel less personal and fresh. The breakfast options can be pricey, and not everyone enjoys the food quality—as a heads up, I felt unwell after a meal there. Furthermore, the heavy doors tend to slam, creating a noisy environment when people are coming and going, which disrupts the peace during your stay.

I also found my King Room to be clean and spacious, providing a comfortable retreat during my stay. Additionally, the hotel's location offers easy access to nearby shopping and attractions, which I appreciated.

However, the check-in process felt a bit slow despite the friendly assistance.

It was just a decent option for spending the night in Ottawa, providing fair value for money. The staff were super friendly and even found my boyfriend's earbuds after we checked out. Be aware that the elevator is pretty slow, so plan accordingly.

the stay at the courtyard was pleasant. the king room was spacious and clean, providing ample counter space and a cozy sofa to relax on. the free underground parking was a major plus, making it easy to explore the area without worrying about fees. i also appreciated the indoor pool and fitness center, adding fun and convenience to my visit.

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the indoor pool, free parking, and helpful staff. They guided me to great shopping spots during my first stay. Highly recommend trying the Bistro for dinner! I'm definitely coming back for a romantic escape.

the hot tub was dirty. but the king room was spacious with a nice view, the breakfast had a good selection, and the location was convenient for our needs. loved the free indoor parking!

I had a great experience with a huge room that featured separate sitting and workspace areas and a kitchenette. The on-site restaurant served really good food, making dining convenient. I loved the ample outlets for charging my devices, a must-have while on the road! Would definitely stay again.

Rooms are spacious, clean, with nice amenities. Elevator was slow and a bit noisy at night, which made sleeping tough.
